Background

Lost in 1656, it was presumably found by tresaure hunter Robert Marx in the Little Bahama Bank and salvaged by a treasure hunting company named Marex. Problems with the Bahamian governemnt lead to the interdiction of Marx's work. Although a picture of its alleged keel has been published, it seems that its cargo has never been found1.
