Pantano Longarini (ca. 625)
Rumors persist that this hull was nearly intact and 30 meters long when exposed during construction of a drainage canal. When recorded by Throckmorton, only 9.1 m of the after, upper starboard side and stern survived, amounting to about four percent of the original hull. Only a few pieces of scattered pottery sherds were found at the site.1
