	UNDECORATED ENGLISH COARSE WARE throughout 16th -19th centuries brick-red or dark brownish red body predominates; opaque lead glaze (if present) usually appears brown to brownish green; exterior surfaces often smoothed on unglazed surfaces mostly utility ware, e.g., heavy-duty storage pots, cooking pots, etc. NOTE: undecorated, lead-glazed coarse earthenware predominates through Periods I and III and continues strongly throughout all periods
