Magnifiers - These small magnifying lenses are useful when displaying artifacts that contain small details. The small free-standing lens magnifies detail so that the viewer can easily and more fully appreciate the artifact on display. At present, such lenses are used in a display of artifacts from throughout the world in the International Conference Center of the George Bush Presidential Library.

Filter Parts - These parts are used to run an aquarium filter pump that cleans the water in a tank containing the 'mystery' chest recovered from the the Belle. This chest is the subject of one of the reports on CRL's web site; the contents are as yet 'unknown.'

Electronic Scale - An accurate electronic scale is an indispensable tool in a conservation lab, where chemicals must be accurately weighed to make up the various necessary solutions, mixtures, etc. The scale has an added feature in that it is capable of parts counting, which will facilitate counting/weighing the thousands of glass beads recovered from the the Belle.

HD Polyethylene Plastic - The plastic rod is used to repair (hot weld) any damaged vat and container in the lab. The storage/treatment containers all must be waterproof to be ableto do the necessary repairs to lengthen the life of a container.

Hole-Hawg Electric Drill & Ship Auger Bits - During the process of reconstructing the hull of the Belle, hundreds of new holes will have to be drilled so that the timbers can be fastened together again. The heavy-duty electric drill and auger bits will greatly facilitate this task.

Sodium Hydrosulfite - This compound is needed to chemically conserve corroded non-ferrous metals, such as brass, bronze, and silver. The treatment removes the bulk of detrimental chlorides from an object without damage the patina on the surface of the metal.

Mueller Clips - These small alligator clips are indispensable for electrolysis. They provide a quick and easy method of connecting the artifact to the electrolytic cell that securely holds the object without damaging its fragile surface.
