Machining Winch Parts - Vilas Motors Works was committed to helping the lab for most of the precision machining and milling of the steel parts needed to fabricate the four winches. They will also be milling the fiberglass rod used in the reconstruction of the wooden hull of the Belle.

StarView98 Software - The analysis and interpretation of radiographs of encrusted artifacts is an important part of the conservation. StarView98 software is used to assist the La Salle Shipwreck Project in the interpretation and archival of industrial radiographs. It is packed with features that make the work of our radiographer much easier and more efficient.
